Compliance with the Health and Safety At Work Act 1974 and all other relevant statutory provisions at all times is mandatory for all staff irrespective of grade or position. Failure to follow legislative and Company safety standards is regarded as a serious disciplinary matter. The Company recognises that the senior members of management and all employees have a key responsibility for the proper implementation of the standards set out in the health and safety manual.
